Mohammed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim was born in 1948 in the city of Al-Ain in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi..

He completed his elementary education at 'Koran Religious School 'in Abu Dhabi. He then joined Al Falahiyah School in 1959 before he traveled to the U.K.to pursue further education.

In 1986 Mr. Mohammed Al Fahim joined his fathers business and worked within real estate the automotive industry and various industrial projects as well as travel and tourism.

Mr. Mohammed Al Fahim's accomplishments to date:

• Board member of the Abu Dhabi Telephone Company - 1968
• Member of the Water and Electricity Council in Abu -Dhabi1969
• Chairman and Managing Director of A L Fahim Group -1969-2001
• Chairman of the Investment Company " Niscorp" for two years-1988
• First Vice President of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry( from 1990 to 1994)
• Presently Mr. Mohammed Al Fahim is a board member of " Emirates Insurance Company"
• Wrote his first book 'From Rags to Riches' - a story of Abu-Dhabi. The book was written in English and translated into Arabic, Japanese and French.
• Delivered speeches at a number of universities throughout the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America.
• Winner of the "Gulf Chief Executive Award" in 1995
• Established "Makarem General Trading & Real Estate in 2001
• He is presently the honorary chairman of the Al Fahim Group.
